Trouts Guide Service Report: 9/16

Ivan Orsic / Sep 16, 2015

We've continued to stay busy on the guiding side of things and the fishing has been really good almost every day....and if it has been really good, it's because it was really, really good. You get the idea.

The flows are great and the cooler nights (and many times days) have the fish feeling happy and hungry. The days with a few clouds in the area have made for the best dry fly fishing, however we're stil seeing fish coming up to the surface on almost every day. The streamer bite is slowly starting to gain momentum as well. The aspens are starting to really turn and in general, it's just been really darn fun to be on the river in Colorado lately.

Give us a call to book your very own guided fly fishing trip and take advantage of our Fall Guiding Special!
