Upcoming Trouts Live | "Spring Hatches on the South Platte" with Tucker Bamford

Ivan Orsic / Feb 23, 2021

We're back with another presentation for our "Trouts Live" series. We'll be holding these live presentations and seminars at least once a month and every episode will be archived on our YouTube channel.

Check out the upcoming Live Stream below. We hope you tune in, ask a couple of questions, and add a couple of things to your angling toolbox.

Spring Hatches on the South Platte with Tucker Bamford | Thursday, February 25th, 2021 at 5:30 PM

Trouts Guide Tucker Bamford joins the Live Stream to talk about spring hatches on the South Platte River and how to approach the water over the next handful of months. As the river starts to wake from its winter slumber, more than midges will be at play. Tucker, our resident bug guy, will be focusing on the ins and outs of the upcoming insect hatches on the South Platte.

Topics to be discussed: Hatch details, timing, conditions, stages, fly recommendations, presentation tips, and appropriate equipment, and much more will be discussed during this Live Stream. Add this information to your toolbox and you'll be ready to step up your game on the water this spring. There will also be plenty of time for Q&A!

If you can't make it to the Live Streams, each episode of Trouts Live will be archived and available for your review on our YouTube channel. We hope you're enjoying the start of the holiday season and look forward to seeing you on the water. Stay tuned to the blog for more fishy content.
