Trouts presents Troublesome Creek

Ivan Orsic / Apr 3, 2017

Trouts Fly Fishing has added another fantastic property to our collection of private waters. Troublesome Creek, a tributary to the Colorado River located just outside of Kremmling, Colorado, flows through a classic western working ranch and offers anglers an amazing setting to chase healthy rainbow, brown, brook, cutthroat, and cuttbow trout. With a backdrop provided by the Gore Range, it is hard to beat Troublesome Creek. With nearly four miles of river available to the anglers, the property has a variety of structure and habitat that test an angler's casts and presentations. We are now booking guided trips up to Troublesome Creek.

We were lucky enough to get up on Troublesome a week ago and while the water temps were still a little lower than we'd like, we still managed to find some beautiful rainbow trout and moved a grumpy spring brown or two. It's the quintessential small western meadow trout stream. There's not much more you can ask for.

Call 303-733-1434 to book your guided trip to this central Colorado gem.
