TWO WEEKS IN: Trouts on the Platte

Ivan Orsic / Jul 26, 2020

A little more than two weeks ago, we finished moving from our old shop to our new location on the Denver South Platte. After a couple of busy weeks, we're starting to settle into our new home and we couldn't be more excited to welcome you to the new space at 1025 Zuni Street, Denver, CO 80204.

There's a lot to love about the new shop. We've got dedicated on-site customer parking, twice the retail space, a dedicated education and seminar space, and a deck overlooking Denver's home river. Additionally, the shop has easy access to I-25 and 6th Avenue West to make it easy to swing by and get geared up before you head into the mountains to fish! Remember, the old shop at 6th & Marion is now closed!

With the largest selection of SIMMS waders in the Southern Rocky Mountains, 100 displayed fly rods, a wall of fly reels, a library of fly lines, over 4000 bins of flies, an expanded selection of apparel, a bigger selection of fly tying materials, Denver Beer Co. on tap, and a Traeger Grill on the back patio, there's a lot to see in the new space. Did we mention there's a bad-ass original mural from Paul Puckett that lives in our parking lot?

We operating with normal business hours from here on out. Keep in mind that we're continuing to operate under our virus appropriate store policies. Face Masks or Coverings are required for employees and customers alike. You must be COVID-19 symptom-free and we reserve the right to limit customers inside the shop during this time.
